In this class, you'll make three kinds of delicious Japanese sweets; Taiyaki (fish-shaped pancake filled with red bean paste), Mitarashi Dango (sweet dumpling made from rice flour covered with a sweet soy sauce glaze), and Kuzuneri (matcha-flavored arrowroot pudding). Even if you are a beginner cook, don't hesitate to participate as an expert instructor will explain every step of the way! After preparing all the sweets, savor them with a bowl of Japanese tea to end the class on a high note!
